The National September 11 Memorial and Museum commemorate the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and honor the memory of the lives that were lost.
The 9/11 Memorial is located on the World Trade Center site, now commonly known as “Ground Zero”, with two pools marketing the former Twin Towers locations – one for the North Tower and one for the South Tower.
The museum preserves artifacts associated with the events, along with portraits and oral histories of the victims, exploring the impact and significance of this tragedy.
